Our domain is located in the heart of a natural zone of ecological, faunistic and floristic interest (ZNIEFF). It is recommended to nature lovers who are looking for calm, rest, conviviality, security.
Presentation
The Domain is located in the Gers in the heart of Gascony. A preserved and wooded nature of 54 ha, two superb lakes of 13 and 2 ha, multiple facilities. It is a welcoming site where you can keep in shape, rest and recharge your batteries in complete freedom, in a secure area. Swimming in natural water is strongly recommended.
Services, leisure and animations
On a boat at very slow speed, in pedestrian, equestrian, cyclo or canoe excursion: the Gers is desired and discovered of valleys in hillsides and of plains in emotion.
River or water activities, thermal spa or fitness centers, fishing, hunting, nature discovery and golf are all practiced here.
Motorized sports respect the environment and the trails. Bowling, palet gascon, games of bowls give rhythm to the afternoons. The bullfighting games (Landes races and bullfights) make them lively.
The horse races and the casinos of Barbotan-Les-Thermes (commune of Cazaubon) and Castéra-Verduzan animate the bets in the evening.

Description of the region
In this corner of the Gers, birthplace of d'Artagnan, the sacred fire burns.
Here, one weaves a carnal link with the land cultivated by men: gentle hillsides, lines of vines; valleys of sunflowers and rape. Stones and earths blaze under the changing lights. There are no seasons to travel through these landscapes.
Water gushes out as a beneficial spring that repairs the body in the thermal baths of Barbotan and Castéra-Verduzan, flows with a bucolic slowness along the Baïse, refreshes the countryside with the soft blue of the lakes.
Here, the festival has a strong and warm taste that awakens your senses, ... like a sip of brandy. From Vic-Fezensac to Condom via Eauze, the passion devours
the Pays d'Armagnac.
And it's around the table that the gaillards meet, succumbing to foies gras, duck breast, confits, pan-fried mushrooms and sweet pastis feuilletés. Shared pleasures, emotions washed down with Côtes de Gascogne, wines of good humor. And then the Armagnac, powerful to make you in the mouth the wheel of peacock.
