In the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, in the vicinity of Puerto de las Palomas and the famous Garganta Verde, we find the Rural Tourist Housing Finca La Sutilas.
About three kilometers from the house is the beautiful and spectacular town of Zahara de la Sierra, declared a historic-artistic site since 1983, it has received several awards, including the National Award for the beautification and improvement of towns in Spain in 1971, the annual beautification and improvement of the towns of Cadiz in 1966, the beautification of the towns in the province in 1975 and another prize such as the one for population of a historical-picturesque nature.
Zahara de la Sierra has a great history and artistic legacy which we can visit as they are, the Nasrid town (where the homage tower stands out among other monuments), the Main Church, the Church of Santa María de la Mesa, the chapel of San Juan de Letran, in addition to the fountains that are around the town, the Almazara where organic oil is produced and the old municipal laundry. In the lower part of the town is the Swamp called Zahara-El Gastor, as it is in the municipal terms of the two towns of the Sierra de Cádiz. In the upper part of the reservoir basin we can enjoy the artificial beach of Arroyo Molinos, highly recommended for families with children, there is a large family inhabitant.
From the Finca La Sutilas Rural Housing we can enjoy nature, walk the different paths of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, walk the famous Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos and the well-known Vía Verde de la Sierra (runs between Puerto Serrano and Olvera, passing through the Sevillian town of Coripe), we can do this route in different ways.
It is a newly built house with a beautiful floor plan with an esplanade to park up to 6 vehicles, a terrace at the front of the house where you can enjoy truly impressive views of the Zahara Reservoir, the Sierra de Lagarin and Mount of Jaral.
Next to the house and on a small rise is the well-kept pool, surrounded by natural grass and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for the use of our customers.
The house is made up of two floors, on the ground floor is the living room equipped with a dining table for 10 or 12 people, sofas, television and fireplace. Also on the same floor we find the kitchen, equipped with microwave, ceramic hob with 4 burners and refrigerator.
Next to the kitchen we find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and next to it a large bedroom equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. On the right side at the entrance of the living room there is a large room equipped with 3 90 beds with a wardrobe.
On the first floor and as soon as we go up the stairs we find a central corridor, on the right side there is a bathroom equipped with a shower. Next to the bathroom there is a room with two 90 cm beds and next to this room another also equipped with two 90 cm beds. In front of this we find a room with a double bed and a wardrobe. It has Wifi and hot and cold air conditioning.
