The living area features a high-quality 140cm double sofa bed. A flat-screen TV, coffee table and armchair. Dining area with large table and chairs. An open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and counter space. The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The first has three 90cm bunk beds, the third of which is a trundle bed, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a 140cm double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine. Outside, there's a pleasant private garden with garden furniture, table and chairs for dining. A communal swimming pool with children's and adults' bathing areas is available from September to June (subject to maintenance conditions and hazards), as is a fronton. Private overhead parking completes the package.

Apartment located in a pleasant residence near the ocean. The main drawback concerns the concierge who, despite my warnings about the presence of a major leak under the sink, did not deign to do anything. As a result, the apartment is deteriorating and smells strongly of humidity.
