Welcome to our magnificent 48.41 m² duplex apartment, ideal for 4 people. Located in a peaceful environment, this apartment offers great comfort and is equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay a pleasant one.

Two fans are also available to cool you down on hot days. There's also a shower room, equipped with a vanity unit, shower, WC and 1200 W radiant heater.

The first bedroom has two single beds (90x190), a closet with shelves and hanging space, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, an electric soft-heat radiator, a ceiling light and air conditioning. The second bedroom has no direct window, but a glass-tiled skylight in the ceiling. It has a double bed (140x190), a cupboard with shelves and hanging space, a chair, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, an electric soft-heat radiator, a ceiling light and an air-conditioning unit. A landing with a cupboard containing the water heater, ironing board, iron, clothespins, brush, broom, dustpan and dustpan completes this floor.
