On the upper floor, two bedrooms, one of them with an integrated bathroom, with a bathtub and a toilet. On this floor there is a second bathroom with toilet and shower for the second bedroom. Each of the sleeping rooms has a ceiling fan.
The private outdoor area includes a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a barbecue.
The shared outdoor area includes a swimming pool, playground and paddle tennis court.
