Welcome to Le Grau-du-Roi!
I welcome you to my charming 50-square-meter apartment, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and ready to accommodate a maximum of four people (either two couples or one couple with children). It's ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities and a 5-minute walk from the magnificent BOUCANET BEACH.

My home is bright, well-equipped (WIFi, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen, iron...) and ideal for a long-term stay. You'll love it for its comfort and charm!
To make the most of your stay, you'll have at your disposal: a beautiful living area equipped with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a coffee table, a TV with box and WIFI; a dining area with a dining table for four; a fully-equipped kitchen: Coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, fridge and cooking utensils; a spacious bedroom with double bed (160cm bed), fitted closets; a small balcony where you can hang out clothes; a small bathroom with shower-WC and storage cupboards.

Please note that as the apartment is a walk-through, smoking is prohibited. Likewise, the cost of cleaning is borne by the tenant, and there is a non-paying parking lot next to the residence.
The apartment is popular with travelers thanks to its ideal location. It's ideally located at the foot of the MER, 3 min from the Cinéma Vog and close to shops, bakeries, presses, butchers, caterers and restaurants. What's more, it's right in the city center. So you can discover the town's must-see attractions: Aquarama France amusement park is a 4-minute walk away, the Tourist Office and Port Le Grau-Du-Roi are a 10-minute walk away, the Arena is 16 minutes away, the Casino Tranchant is 7 minutes away by car, the Plage du Grau du Roi and Seaquarium are 8 minutes away and the Port Camargue is 10 minutes away by car. A renowned seaside resort just 30 minutes from Montpellier, Le Grau-du-Roi lies in the heart of the Camargue. Between magnificent landscapes and manades (traditional bull farms), you can enjoy a strong heritage and a wide range of activities. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the town features the beautiful Espiguette beach, the Seaquarium and the Arènes du Grau du Roi, where you can discover the typical Course Camarguaise. In the town center, you can take a stroll and, if you're lucky, watch the famous jousting events, boat-based tournaments between 2 teams.
