In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacations in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June onwards, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, fee-paying laundry (washer/dryer).
New 56 m2 apartment on 1st floor, facing the sea, for 4/6 people, with magnificent views of the ocean and Ile de Ré.
It comprises a 23m2 living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), flat-screen TV, open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (fridge and microwave). A sea-view bedroom with a 160cm double bed and dressing room. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single 80cm beds that can be placed close together, dressing room. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. LUXURY equipment: dishwasher, oven, washing machine and reversible air conditioning.
Bright apartment with large bay window opening onto a large 14m2 balcony with terrace furniture. Clévacances label: 3 keys. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
Free private parking space for one vehicle per apartment. No visitor parking available. Low-speed WiFi access is also available. A 4G box is available for rental (€40/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available on reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
