Ideal for vacations with family or friends, this large family home comprises an entrance hall with closet and storage space, a lovely living room with relaxation area (sofa, armchairs, TV and TV stand), living room area (large family table with chairs and storage sideboard), fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (hood, 3-burner gas hob and one electric hob, oven, microwave, American fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, small appliances), storeroom with washing machine and dryer, storage space and sink.
Ground floor: master bedroom (1x160) with storage (open dressing room) and en-suite bathroom (sink, bath and shower, towel dryer). Separate toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine opening onto the living room (equipped with 2 x 80 cm heating units and storage space).
