I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 33-square-meter apartment, which is suitable for three people. It's ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, 6 minutes by car from the PORT and close to bars, restaurants and shops. You'll love its location, which makes it easy to get to all the places of interest!

Accommodation
My apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
It also has a BALCONY with outdoor furniture for dining, which will be much appreciated on sunny days.
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each guest.
You'll be staying just a 10-minute drive from the city center. You'll find everything you need: restaurants, bars, shops, shopping centers, pharmacies, department stores, bakeries, patisseries, fishmongers, chocolate shops, butchers, etc. For your daily needs, there's a Carrefour Market supermarket just a 9-minute walk away.
With the location of this accommodation, you can discover the city by visiting its tourist attractions such as: the Aquarium la Rochelle which is 6 min away by car, the Old Port at 18 min, the Tour de la Lanterne at 19 min, the Maritime Museum at 4 min, the Parc Charruyer at 17 min where you can enjoy bike rides and picnics by the water, the Globe de la francophonie at 5 min, the Casino Barrière at 19 min and the Canal de Marans at 8 min by car. You also can't miss the Plage d'Aytre and the Centre Aquatique, 7 and 11 minutes respectively by car.
The legendary Fort Boyard is a 31-minute drive away. You can take a helicopter ride over the surrounding area, or sail around it in a sailboat!

Location
Capital of the Charente-Maritime region, La Rochelle is famous for its picture-postcard Vieux Port. Guarded by the Tour de la Chaîne and Tour Saint-Nicolas, the Vieux Port has inspired many an artist. After a stroll along the quayside, visitors are invited to wander through the pretty streets of the old town. Mansion houses, Renaissance mansions and old timber-framed houses follow one another. The various boutiques in the pedestrian and arcade-lined streets are sure to please any shopping enthusiast.
