Apartment in front of the beach of Roda de Bará. Confortable beach apartment equipped with all the comforts to enjoy with the family the sun and the good weather.This apartment is sunny, cheerful and cross-ventilated apartment. Located in an excellent location in front of the Palliceta beach, 50 meters from the water of Roc Sant Gaietà and its fine sand, its beach is shallow, limited by its emblematic rock that gives it a calm sea ideal for families. The waters of the beaches of Roda de Berà are recognized for their quality.It has all the services very close such as bars and restaurants, and a pharmacy less than 5 minutes walk.The apartment is at the beginning of the seafront where you can enjoy bike rides or walks next to the sea breeze from the Costa Dorada.The recognized Beach Larga, awarded with the Blue Flag, with a perimeter of 1 kilometer and is bordered by the seafront.The apartment has three bright rooms. One of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds and the third room has a bunk bed.It has a spacious and conformable dining room, two bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped.A quiet and familiar place to cool off from the heat. All with modern facilities that offer a pleasant feeling of comfort.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS- Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. a person of our team will be waiting you in the apartment. Late check-in after 9pm have an extra cost of € 35 and after 00:00 is 60€.- Check-out: Until 11h00 am. A person of our team will be in the apartment for the check-out. - The tourist tax is not included: € 1.1 / night per adults over 17 for the first 7 nights.- Parking on request (extra-charge is applicable)- Do not hesitate to ask us for personal recommendations, if you need any service such as transfer from the airport, a first supermarket purchase, boat rentals or information on excursions or activities.

HOUSE'S RULES- Take care of the house as if it were your own.- Parties are not allowed.- Respect the rules of coexistence and rest. Do not make loud noises after 11pm.- Smoking prohibited inside.- Leave the house as you found it. In case of leaving the house in poor condition or very dirty it will be deducted from the deposit.- Please throw garbage in the respective street containers.- Pets are not allowed.- Passport or DNI details should be provide to the property to be reported to Spanish police- The tourist tax is not included and it should be paid by the guest.- All payments should be by bank.- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
