We started our activity in 2007 with the aim of providing a pleasant stay, quiet and with the best quality to our guests. It was in this spirit that we opened doors to you in order that you could have a relaxed time, so please take care of our home when you are here, alone, during your stay.
Our Villa is an Entire Villa, a ground floor where you can have two private bedrooms with private bathrooms. One room is a suite and the other has the private bathroom outside the room. All our bedrooms have Wi-fi wireless as well as the entire house area and Lcd at the rooms.
You are able and allow to use the entire ground floor that means the living/dining room, kitchen, both bathrooms, garden, garden porch and pool.
You have a kitchen well equipped to do your meals, a porch to eat in peace and a garden with pool to enjoy! In wintertime you have a wonderful typical Portuguese fireplace at the living room.
Inserted in a quiet area the house is only at 25 Min from Lisboa!!
Around here you can find several beautiful beaches of the fabulous Arrábida Natural Park and surrounded by lush and fresh greenery.
The house is inserted in a gated community with security. There is a coffee shop around at 200 meters. The supermarket Pingo Doce is about 1 km and the village of Azeitão at 4 km.
The house is about 15 Min distance from the main beaches of Arrabida Natural Park which means that you will take 10/15 minutes to achieve the beaches. Évora is about 1 hour by car and Lisbon center at only 25 min by car By A2 or N10.
A car is needed if you want to explore the area, the natural park, beaches and Championship Country Golf of 18 holes which distance 7 km from the house.
Troia, a naturist wonderful peninsula of huge beaches are at only 10 km and there, in Setubal, a boat will get you there. (15 min.)
Caparica Nude beaches at 20 min.
You rent the entire house and you have the entire ground floor such as living room, garden and pool to your private usage. Wi-fi wireless, towels, linen & sheets, and Lcd in both rooms are provided as well as alcohol gel, gloves, masks and information about Covid-19. This house as a Clean & Safe stamp and cleaning is accordingly with the rules.
At the kitchen you can have access to all machines, and it is completely equipped for you!
You will find information how machines work such as the washing machine, dishwasher machine and dryer machine
Internet wireless is available in all places of the house and it is free access!
We will not be there as you rent the entire Villa, but if you need us, we are always available to help you anyway. By telephone, whatsapp or even personally we are able to help you! The check in can be presential or not presential (safety box with keys and code).
Situated in an idyllic environment in Vila Fresca de Azeitão, surrounded by Arrábida Natural Park with fabulous vegetation and its magnificent beaches, it is only at 25 minutes from Lisbon center but wrapped in a green forest.
With fabulous beaches, 15 minutes by car, as Figueirinha, Galapos, Galapinhos, Portinho Arrábida, and Troia (this one at 15 minutes by hoovercraft), this is a breathtaking journey that it is worth when you fall down at the local beaches, some deserts, having so much to discover. You can find crystal clear water and clean and fine silky sand in this Natural Park of Arrábida!
Naturist beaches: Troia around 15 min and 15 min by boat.
Caparica Beaches (17-19): 20 min by car
Meco beaches and naturist: 20 min by car
At only 7 minutes by car (7 km) you have the Championship Golf Course Quinta do Peru, with 18 holes. You can also take a walk on the Mountain and explore this magnificent area of protected natural reserve. (see tourist office)
In our condominium there is a cafe terrace and two tennis courts that you can rent.
At Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, enjoy the Azeitão Cheese with sheep milk, sheep butter, and the tasteful wine of José Maria da Fonseca and Bacalhoa. You can also visit these cellars and taste the wine. In a pastry shop, you can taste the wonderful Pies of Azeitão with eggs and cinnamon.
Lisbon airport is about 30km from the house! (it takes 30 min by highway). Train to Lisbon in Coina, about 7km from the house.
A car is needed! Anyway, at 4 km you have Bus to Setubal and Lisbonor use Uber. At 10km a train direct to Lisbon which will take 30 minutes to achieve downtown is wonderful when you pass the bridge over the river Tejo.
You have your own parking in front of the house.
