Equidistant from Angers and Saumur, this vacation rental is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for forest walks, visits to heritage sites and the La Flèche zoo.
On the ground floor, you'll enjoy the following spaces:
- A cosy living room with fireplace, dining room and recently fitted kitchen.
- a veranda ideal for mid-season meals
- a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), accessible shower room and WC.
- a laundry corridor with washing machine and cleaning utensils.
- An independent toilet.

From the outside or from the veranda, you can access the independent bedroom with a 160cm bed, private shower room and WC.
In the courtyard, young and old alike can play ping-pong. Outside, a private enclosed area is ideal for relaxing in fine weather.
This accommodation can also be rented for 4 people with only 2 bedrooms, at an adapted rate.
