In the heart of the lively La Parée district (restaurants, concerts...) and just 50m from the beach, house comprising: entrance into fully-equipped kitchen (hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), living room (table, chairs and sideboard) and sitting area with sofa + TV, shower room with WC inside (washing machine).
Upstairs: a sea-view terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, electric barbecue), a pleasant sea-view bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 + storage) and a bedroom with 140cm bed + cupboard.
Ideally located, this house will be the ideal pied-à-terre for a "walk-around" vacation for two or families.
Small car parking available in front of the house. Alternatively, unloading is possible in front of the house, followed by free public parking nearby.
Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
End-of-stay cleaning optional (+75€), to be booked at the agency.
