Just a stone's throw from Moulins and at the end of a lane, come and discover this pretty house adjoining the owner's home. Surrounded by greenery and entirely renovated, this gîte will bring you relaxation and calm in a green and wooded environment. The owners offer you a reserved space in their park where you can relax, why not in the company of a book. The kitchen is fully equipped (freezer and washing machine available in a dedicated garage). The spacious bedroom, accessible by a step, has a comfortable bed (160x200cm), and a 90x190cm bed. The living room, equipped with a wall-mounted projection TV/home cinema, offers access to the shower room (via a step - Italian shower) and WC in the same room. The unheated 10x5.5m (1.10m to 1.30m deep) swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from May 1 to September 30, with times to be defined. You'll enjoy a panoramic view of Moulins and the surrounding area. In front of the gîte is a private terrace where you can enjoy meals, barbecue (charcoal barbecue) or simply relax. The sofa-bed in the living room (140x190cm) can accommodate 2 extra people at a cost of €20 per person per night. A supplement of €60 will be charged if bed linen is provided.
An enclosed parking lot is available for safe parking. A bicycle garage is also available. Hiking from the gîte. In the village, which is 600 m away, you'll find a bakery, and all shops are 4 km away in Moulins.
PLUS DU GITE: Bed linen (for the 160cm bed and the 80x190cm bed in the bedroom), towels and household linen included, beds made on arrival, heating included. Discounts available for stays of 3 weeks or more. Electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
The price includes : Bed linen supplied for the double bed (160cm) and the single bed (80cm) in the bedroom. A supplement of 60 euros will be charged for the use of the 140 sofa bed if we provide the sheets.
The price does not include: Sheets for the sofa bed in the living room if required.
