The flat, which has been completely refurbished by a designer, comprises a pretty 35 m² living room (with decorative fireplace), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, two teleworking areas with desk, plug and lamp, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an incredible terrace where you can enjoy lunch or dinner al fresco! Wifi (teleworking possible), cleaning, sheets and towels included! Teas, herbal teas, Senseo coffee and sugar will help you relax as soon as you arrive, unless you'd prefer a glass of wine or a welcome syrup... You can get home delivery from a number of restaurants or go out on foot to explore the surrounding area. To finish settling in, all you have to do is slip into the jetted, bubble bath with LED lights and music to soak away stress and fatigue. The neighbouring bakery, just 2 minutes away, offers fresh bread, croissants and other specialities for the first day of discovery the following morning. Then you'll be ready to explore this unique city steeped in ancient history....

Ideal for 2 couples with BB and small children, 1 high chair and 1 BB bed and 1 mattress 80 x 120 that can be placed on the carpet, BB sheets, everything is provided free of charge but not installed. Smart TV in each bedroom.
The flat is labelled and insured for a maximum of 4 people (deposit retained in full in the event of a party or more occupants than booked). The apartment is ideally located, close to 3 secondary schools, offering peace and quiet at all times. Children are welcome, many board games are available. Babies will be able to eat good food mixed in the robot, in the two high chairs. Two beds (one Cododo), mattress and potty are also available for free. The bluetooth washing machine is new, as well as the steam plant and the ironing board. Household products, dishwasher tablets and washing powder are available free of charge, as well as shower gel... Scale for weighing luggage.

Outside :
A large sheltered terrace, not overlooked and furnished with outdoor furniture, allows you to enjoy an outdoor living area and the light that are so dear to city dwellers and essential to all: lunch on the terrace, quiet time in the sun or an aperitif in the living room! A mini vegetable garden allows you to pick herbs and spices to add to the local cuisine (parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary, lemon grass, coriander... and lemon verbena and mint for herbal teas. A variety of succulents and palm trees will give you a change of scenery, while you can pick some strawberries and raspberries in season. A sink for rinsing beach shoes.... While laundry can be hung out along the shed. The sun disappears from the terrace in the early afternoon, so you don't have to live with the shutters closed like in most southern housing.

Afterwards, when the colleges close, all you can hear are the many birds that live in the hundred-year-old olive trees or cedars nearby. Parking is possible on the street (free at weekends) with a parking meter during the week. But the Gare district is right on the edge of the hyper centre, which makes it easy to get out of and into Nîmes by joining the ring road, so all the cultural and tourist wealth of the area is accessible in less than an hour (Arles, Avignon, Uzès, Le Pont du Gard, Saint Rémy and les Baux de Provence, La Camargue, le Grau du roi, la Grande motte, Montpellier....).
