A great place to live, just a two-minute walk from all amenities and the beach.

L'Impérial 3 is a comfortable apartment with one bedroom, one with a 140cm bed, a living room with a breathtaking view of the Vieux Phare, the Canal and the sea, plus a fully-equipped kitchenette. A bathroom with a separate toilet completes the rooms available. This apartment benefits from a reserved parking space for all bookings made from March to November. During other months, parking is free throughout the GRAU DU ROI commune.

This apartment comes with a private parking space in an overhead parking lot located 300 m from the residence. Please note that this parking space is numbered and private every year from the beginning of March to the beginning of November. For all rentals from early November to early March, parking is free in the commune, as parking is free everywhere in the commune during this winter period only.


The Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest high-speed train station is Montpellier Sud de France, and the nearest airport is Montpellier.
For an additional charge, we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport or train station and taken to your vacation destination.
