Situated in a prime location in the Palais de la Mer / Seaquarium area of Le Grau du Roi, this studio apartment features a living room opening onto a lovely terrace, and will be a real favorite with sea lovers.

The beach is just a short stroll away, and there's plenty to do on foot from "Le Lagon Bleu": stroll around, discover Europe's 1st Marina, go to the heart of the village, swim at the famous Espiguette beach..... a multitude of things to do nearby.
This apartment faces east. It is located on the first floor of an 80s condominium. The building is of a very high standard. The apartment is secured by a digicode. The apartment comprises a kitchenette, living room and shower room. Electric convector heating is installed in the apartment. Heating is individual. The interior of the apartment is in very good condition.
The apartment has no private parking space in the residence, but free parking is available in the surrounding area.
The property is close to all amenities: 1 km from shops and 10 minutes from schools. The bus stop and train station are 10 minutes away. The nearest airport is 25 km away. For leisure activities, there's a marina. There are also numerous restaurants within 10 minutes.

The residence has a communal swimming pool open during the summer season. The opening dates are communicated each year by the syndic who manages the entire condominium, and information is sent to travelers before the start of each stay. Wristbands are provided in the apartment to authorize access to the pool, which is supervised by a lifeguard during the season. Please note that we recommend that you wear a suitable swimsuit and that swimming shorts are not permitted.

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. The residence is quite far from the city center, but there are small shops nearby and easy access to the beach. The big black point is the residence and its access to the swimming pool. In the middle of summer, the pool is closed on Tuesdays. The janitor is very zealous (e.g. hair must be tied up and in a bun/ no bangs sticking out of the bathing suit otherwise access is forbidden/ adults are not allowed to sit in the paddling pool with their children) and not a day goes by without a fight with one of the residents.

Reception at the agency: attention the lady who took care of us very nice But 2 hours of waiting on the spot for the handing-over of the keys supposedly so that the cleaning on the spot is done... On our arrival the apartment was very dirty between the hair and sand! Never seen anything like it!
