Opposite the old lighthouse, facing the sea, there's no better place to experience local life, watch the trawlers go out to sea and come back from fishing, watch the small trades sort the fish and set up their stalls. A wonderful place to live, just a two-minute walk from all amenities and the beach.
This is a luxury apartment, the only one of its kind in Le Grau du Roi.
Elevator, reversible air-conditioning, parking, garage, wifi, sea-view terraces ....en make this a totally exceptional place, on the 3rd and top floor of the Résidence.
This apartment is a duplex.
Le Phare has three bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, one with a 140cm bed and one with two 80cm single beds, a living room with a breathtaking view of the Vieux Phare, the Canal and the sea, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. All very spacious, very modern, very airy, contemporary. Each room has its own bathroom with either shower or bath.
TV, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the comfort package.
And above all, a rooftop terrace of over 100m2 with a breathtaking view over the bay.
All of which is unoverlooked and close to all shops and the beach. You'll find all the equipment you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

The living area is pleasant and light-filled, with a sofa and several armchairs, TV and air conditioning.
Enjoy the peace and quiet in one of the three warmly decorated bedrooms.

Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay.
