The apartment is a T2 on the 3rd floor with elevator, and boasts a sea view, opening onto the Bay of Aigues-Mortes opposite La Grande-Motte. It comprises a kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed and TV area, and a bedroom with a 140cm bed. All the equipment you need for your comfort is at your disposal: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

The living room is modern, with a sofa and TV.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in the heart of the resort, and relax in this light and airy space.

The evenings feature magnificent sunsets, depending on the season.

The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The seaside resort of Le Grau du Roi lets you enjoy walks along the shores of the Mediterranean, bike rides to the Aigues Mortes salt marshes (green circuits - bike hire 300m away), and also pedalos (straw huts), boats (piers), 4x4s to discover the Camargue Gardoise. Close to amusement parks: Luna Parc and Amigolang, Thalassothérapie de Port-Camargue: 3 km opposite Plage Sud

Transport

This apartment doesn't have its own parking space, but you'll easily find parking around the residence, even at the height of the summer season. There's always plenty of space in the area. We'll point you in the direction of free and paid parking. Note that the paid parking lots of the Station Balnéaire de le Grau du Roi allow you to take out season tickets for one or more days, or for the week directly on the parking meter.
Le Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest high-frequency train station is Montpellier Sud de France, and the nearest airport is Montpellier.
For an additional charge, we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport or train station and taken to your vacation destination.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This residence is located with its toes in the sand, with private access through a gate at the end of the residence plot that leads directly onto the right bank beach. The Château Leenhardt residence is L-shaped and comprises two buildings: Building A and Building B. Both buildings have a first floor + 4 upper floors with elevators. Building A has an elevator, while Building B has an elevator. However, in terms of accessibility, the apartments do not meet "PMR" handicap standards. If the apartment you've booked is in building A, the higher you go up the floors, the more you'll have a beautiful, wide sea view overlooking Grande-Motte, with a north-west exposure (all sunsets on sunny days). On this side of building A, the residence is built right up to the boundary, and right next to it there's a communal parking lot, which is subject to a charge from early March to early November, where motorhomes and cars can park. Under no circumstances does this parking lot, which is located at the bottom of the building, interfere with the view of the sea, and our agency cannot be held responsible for any misinformation or misleading advertising concerning the presence of this parking lot. Our advertisements do not state that these apartments have 1st line sea views, on the seafront.
If you have booked an apartment in building B, most of these apartments face the inside of the residence, so they have a view of the residence's garden and parking lot before looking out to sea, since building B is set back from the sea and from the end of building A. These apartments also have a nice view of the sea. These apartments also have a lovely sea view, with south-west exposure. They see the sea between Building A and the residence next door, called Les Villégiales du Château.
