Private individual rents duplex apartment Hameau de Balestas in Peyragudes (Peyresourde side). Located in a small residence very quiet the Abellans
For this year the dates: - the week of Christmas will be from Saturday 17 to December 26 (8 days)
- the new year week from Monday 26th to Monday 2nd January 2023
On the second floor and composed of :
On the ground floor :
living room with sofa bed, television, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine...) open on a balcony with view on the mountain; bedroom with a bed in (new, four stars hotel quality) and closet; a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.
On the first floor under the slope (no neighbor above) : a bedroom with a double bed (separable) ; a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds ; a bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Parking place in front of the apartment.
Ski room on the ground floor and the big PLUS room next to the apartment with a boot dryer and an area to dry ski or hiking clothes.
CLEANING MANDATORY at the end of the stay at the expense of the tenants (possibility of cleaning for the sum of eighty € to be paid at the arrival)
A deposit check will be asked at the beginning of your stay.
Restaurants, bakeries, mini-market, ski rental near the apartment.
Shuttle bus stop right in front of the apartment. Loudenvielle and Balnéa are ten minutes away by cable car (Skyvall) or twelve minutes by car. The resort of Peyragudes has a large ski area and offers great hiking and many other activities. Bagnères de Luchon is twenty minutes away by car, Lac d'Oo is ten minutes away by car

The accommodation is top! comfortable, well equipped and warm; the recent renovation is undoubtedly for much. The shoe and clothes drying room and the immediate proximity of the shuttle are a real plus. The owners are very responsive and welcoming. The only downside is that the professionals and shopkeepers of the resort do not make any effort to make us want to come back. Too bad
