Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool fenced (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 3 cars) on the premises.
