The house is located inside the Magabù residence, under the promontory of Santa Lucia, at the entrance (west) of Cefalù, not far from the center and the sea. There is a large parking lot next to the property, just below the accommodation. The terrace offers the possibility of pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners with a sea view. Some renowned restaurants and pizzerias are nearby and within walking distance. The large swimming pool is the real added value of the residence.

Small and comfortable, within a quiet and well-kept residence, the terraced house has been renovated using top quality materials to offer maximum comfort to guests.
It has a small entrance courtyard, from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view, furnished for lunch or dinner in the open air, away from the most crowded area of the residence, the pool area. Available free WIFI, air-conditioner and microwave oven.
The interior is a very nice two-room apartment, furnished in a modern style and equipped with all comforts, with a living room/kitchen with induction hob, a bedroom and a small but very elegant restroom. The back hosts another small terrace, with an useful drain.
The accommodation is located in the lower part of the Magabù residence in front of a large free parking area. This makes it easy for guests to enter the holiday home from the secondary gate, allowing them to quickly reach the parked car. The center of Cefalù can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes and on foot in 30 minutes.
The excellent position of the holiday home, in addition to the possibility of parking in front of the house and reaching Cefalù downtown quickly, allows you to reach the seafront and the supermarket on foot and, by car in a few minutes the Acqua Verde Park and Mazzaforno.
In the renowned area of Santa Lucia, a luxurious structure with about 50 terraced houses. The Magabù residence has a large swimming pool, open 6 months a year and with the constant presence of lifeguard assistance, to spend unforgettable moments of relaxation. The use of the swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the condominiums and their guests.
The swimming pool is located in the upper part of the residence with a panoramic view and, from May to October it is allowed position the deckchairs and reserve them for the exclusive use of the owners and guests of the residence.
Our holiday house is in the lower part of the residence and overlooks the Ss113, about 400 meters from the Hotel Santa Lucia and Le Sabbie D'oro and the same distance from a large supermarket. The center is about 2 km away, while the west side of the Cefalù beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, walking beside the Club Med. The keeper is always available in the residence for any form of support within the structure.
