We exclusively offer this superb mas in the heart of a 1.7-hectare plot planted with majestic pines, olive trees and a magnificent orchard, with a superb view to the south over the star of the region: Les Alpilles, to the north over the Ventoux and to the east over the Petit and Grand Lubéron. The old part of the Mas has been completely renovated, with a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, a ground-floor bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with a renovated shower room, and a mezzanine bedroom ideal for children or teenagers. The new part consists of 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, all overlooking the magnificent park, where you can wake up to birdsong and a lovely view of the Alpilles. The pool is secured by a roller shutter, with a pool house that can be transformed into a summer lounge for those balmy summer evenings, and a bedroom with a single bed, shower and WC on the pool house level. Cleaning and linen included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
100€ surcharge for Sunday entry/exit.
Tourist tax not included (5.76€ x nb nights x nb adults + 18 years). Deposit: €3,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, prior to arrival.
