Just 500 meters from the Croix des Marins beach, in a villa located in the heart of the charming winter town, this bright 60 m² apartment awaits you on the second and top floor, without elevator.
You'll find all the comforts you need to accommodate up to 4 people, with a master bedroom and a mezzanine. From the entrance, a hallway leads to a multi-purpose cabin, ideal for storage or a cot. The living room, with its corner sofa, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the pond, while the fully-equipped kitchen, separated by a modern bar, is equipped with all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, traditional oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, hood, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. A hallway leads to a separate toilet equipped with a plumbing fixture. The west-facing master bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and a closet/wardrobe illuminated by an overhead window. The bathroom also has a window for natural light. The mezzanine, accessed via a staircase from the living room (beware of high ceilings!), offers a double bed (160 cm) with a storage box, lit by Velux windows. Enjoy unobstructed views of the greenery and Arcachon Basin from the north-facing kitchen and living room windows. To access the apartment, you'll have to climb some 30 steps from the residence's garden. The decor is modern and uncluttered, and the apartment is very well equipped. The first shops are just 400 meters away (allée de la Chapelle), and the city center is 800 meters away. Street parking is free. Pets are not allowed, and white linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional), and departure cleaning is included, following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
