Halfway between Angoulême and Limoges lies the small town of Champs-Romain and the Château de Verdoyer campsite. An unusual site steeped in history, the campsite is a member of the "C'est Si Bon" quality group. Le Verdoyer boasts a lovely aquatic complex.
A variety of activities are on offer to make your day more enjoyable. For example, there are ping-pong tables, a tennis court and a pétanque court, and you can also go horse-riding, hiking or go-karting nearby.
The Restaurant le Verdoyer serves as a snack bar, restaurant and takeaway. Regular evening events are organized during the season. There's also a small store where you can buy fresh croissants every day.
