Old-fashioned decoration (furniture, old posters, etc). Very uncomfortable click-clack. Impractical bathtub shower: the short flexible shower head doesn't hold on to the shower. Linen rates and times differed between the website and reality (we almost stayed outside!). Pool small and therefore occupied by children. Very nice view but I expected a more "classy" service. Aging.

We've been renting from La Résidence Les Terrasses for several years now, but unfortunately the property is "ageing badly" due to a lack of maintenance and refurbishment of the interior and exterior paintwork (only touch-ups are carried out in the apartments), old-fashioned equipment in the apartments, poor TV reception and Wifi, stains on corridor carpets that have been present for several years, underground parking lot used as a storeroom, no dedicated bike room, bikes are stored in the underground parking lot without security, balconies (holes in the concrete), paintwork on wooden beams completely degraded, glass walls between neighbors whose fixings need serious overhaul. It's a real shame that this residence has lost some of its allure of the early years (perhaps management needs to be reviewed), and no longer deserves its classification. Fortunately, its location and sea view remain its only assets.
