The Kermael residence is located 15 minutes from St-Malo, 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel and just 80 meters from the beach. It welcomes you to Saint Briac Sur Mer, in an old fishing village with a peaceful atmosphere. You'll appreciate the coastal atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing vacation. Residents have access to two heated indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a sauna.

Hello, I wanted to inform you of my dissatisfaction concerning the absence of a balcony in our accommodation. It was however specified that the accommodation had either a balcony or a terrace. So we were disappointed when we arrived. I would like to point out that the reception at the residence is not exceptional. On the contrary, we appreciated the location of the residence, very well situated. We also took advantage of the walks from the residence, the paths of the customs officers. Very nice site by sunny weather. We recommend the Emerald Coast.
