Living/dining room with TV and sofa bed as well as a large dining table and access to the terrace, internet access, independent fitted and equipped kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 190) and access to a balcony, shower room and independent toilet. WIFI included and eco-responsible fiber bed linen offered. Secure garage and swimming pool in the residence.

The Garavan neighborhood, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The new port of Menton Garavan and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped to offer a wide range of shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports activities, a fitness trail and live entertainment.

- Arrival outside opening hours:
For arrivals between 7pm and 10pm, there is a €60 supplement to be paid on site. No arrivals after 10 pm.
- Deposit returned 15 days after departure.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezer and dishwasher be emptied.
Glass bottles are to be deposited in town in the containers provided.
