Come and discover this magnificent 200 m² villa, rated 5* and able to accommodate up to 11 people.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, 2 steps from Capbreton's beaches and harbor, it's the ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. You'll enjoy a bright, modernly decorated living room of around 40m2, as well as a large, fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool. The night area has a total of 5 bedrooms. Upstairs you'll find 1 master suite with a large bathroom (bath + shower) and 2 additional bedrooms with private shower rooms. In the souplex, we have a "dormitory" room with 3 90cm beds and a room with a large double bed. With the exception of the dormitory room, all beds are 160. A relaxation area with sofa and flat-screen TV completes the ensemble. Outside, you'll find a large terrace sheltered by an electric awning, ideal for meals, and a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and a "mange débout", perfect for aperitifs. You'll be spoilt for choice between a refreshing dip in the pool, a game of pétanque or ping pong, or a siesta in the hammock. Plus: an outdoor shower, a 1.60 m deep heated pool (April to October) and Wifi access.
There's also a large garage and 3 private parking spaces.
