Our agriturismo is located in the tranquil Tuscan countryside. It is 40 sqm on the ground floor, perfect for couples and families.
It includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa-bed for two, and cozy double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The picturesque fields provide vineyard and rolling hills covered in olive trees views. The evening the natural beauty of the Tuscan sunset is truly captivating.
For al fresco dining, guests can enjoy a private outdoor area. A Fragolino vines cover the pergola, providing shade and an enchanting ambiance.

Fattoria Santa Vittoria features a garden with Bbq facilities and a seasonal outdoor pool. It is located in Foiano della Chiana, 21.7 miles from Arezzo and a 30-minute drive from Lake Trasimeno.
Rustically furnished, the apartments have terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. They feature a kitchen with refrigerator and a private bathroom.
On request, Fattoria Santa Vittoria provides cooking classes. It is possible to get a free tour of the wine cellar, and Wi-fi is free in public areas.

History and tradition
Converted from a Xix rural house into a cosy guesthouse, Santa Vittoria Estate offers accommodation in 5 different apartments tastefully furnished with ancient family furniture by Marta, her mother Mary and her aunt Alessia. Surrounded by our vineyards, olive trees, wheat and sunflower fields, in the rolling hills of the unspoiled Val di Chiana (the Chiana Valley).
The Location
Fattoria Santa Vittoria is located high on the hills of Valdichiana and surrounded by the estate’s very own vineyards – a perfect setting that enables you to visit the nearby town of Pozzo della Chiana and also taste some of the delicious, award-winning wine produced here at Santa Vittoria. The 18th Century farmhouse has been beautifully converted by the local Niccolai family who will ensure that you have a wonderful stay in this stunning part of Tuscany.
The old farmhouse has been transformed into 5 very comfortable apartments which are located in the middle of the vineyards – the location could truly not be bettered! All of the original character has been kept and the apartments are furnished in a pretty country style in keeping with the period of the building. Each apartment has a separate area in the grounds with lawns that sweep down the hillside towards the inviting pool area. There are vines as far as the eye can see laid out in beautiful rows and can do nothing but tempt you to try the wine.

Historic Family Winery
Founded in 1800 Santa Vittoria was taken by our family at the beginning of 80′. We produce our wines blending the best grapes varieties of our vineyards such as: Sangiovese, Pugnitello, Foglia tonda, Cabernet, Grechetto, Semillon, Malvasia, Traminer, Incrocio Manzoni and others.
Join us at the historic winery building. Enjoy amazing ambients, spectacular wines, a wine tasting or pairing in our Tasting Room or a tour of our wine cellar!
The Activities
Winery tour and wine pairing
The art of pairing wine with food is one which when understood, even at a basic level, opens up a whole new world of culinary enjoyment. Discover our wines pairing them with farm’s food and traditional dishes.
Truffle hunting with dogs
Take a tour around the farm and truffle orchard with me and my dogs Ola, Brezza or Aisha. They will search, find and unearth truffles in front of you. After that you will relax in our farm house for tasting truffle dishes with our wines.
Trekking and Tasting
Nature and historical hiking, kayaking, truffle Hunting or family trips with local food and wine tasting happy ending. Ask for a tailor made experience and I will come up with suggestions to make your day even more amazing.
Kayaking in the forest
Wanting to get to know another side of Tuscany? Then have a go at Kayaking on Calcione lake which is perfect for beginners as most of the people can easily do it. A peaceful lake surrounded by a wild woods. A nice place for a “Nature Bath” and why not a nice Picnic.

Close to amazing places
The estate is only 1400 mt far from the local village with food shops, coffe places, pizzeria, post office, bank and chemistry. Also the little train station of Lucignano, with connections to Arezzo, is at about 2 km far away from our place. Nearby hilltop villages, Lucignano, Foiano and Monte San Savino, are rich in medieval and renaissance treasures.
Our place is just few kilometers away from the most well known Tuscan places such as:
Arezzo (25 km), Cortona (20km), Siena (45 km), Trasimeno lake (20km) and Firenze (80 km) and for the wine lovers the villages of Montepulciano (25 km) and Montalcino (45 km).
