We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of the Cap d'Agde, this charming apartment, classified meublé de tourisme (2 stars), at less than one kilometer of the beach, with swimming pool, reversible air-conditioning, of a surface of 43 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace with a view on a park.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV sofa and a dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 : a single bed, a closet and a rack.
- Bedroom 3 on the mezzanine: a single bed, a cupboard and two benches.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A beautiful swimming pool (4mx8m) unheated and shared. Available from the end of May to the end of September (dates not contractual), the space secured by an access door also has a paddling pool, ideal for children.
- A 14 m² terrace facing west and furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
- A shaded and shared petanque court.
- A private and numbered parking space protected by a keyed security gate, there are also free parking spaces outside.
