Ideally located, small T2 apartment of approx. 39 m², on the ground floor of a residence (you have to climb a few steps to access the apartment) close to all amenities in the town of Arcachon.
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure parking lot.
A living room with a convertible sofa that sleeps two, TV, (this apartment does not have WIFI), small dining area, opening onto the terrace with a small garden to enjoy outdoor meals.
A fully-equipped kitchenette with hob, Top fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and Nespresso.
After a day's strolling through our beautiful town of Arcachon, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), TV and storage space, also opening onto the terrace. A shower room with WC and washing machine.
There's a storeroom at the end of the small garden where you can store your bikes.
You're within easy reach of all the shops for shoppers, restaurants and beaches for picnics and afternoon swims on sunny days. And don't forget the cycle paths for outings with family and friends.
