Arcachon town center, quiet 39m2 T2 cabin with large south-facing terrace and unobstructed view, offering all the comforts you need for a sunny vacation, ideal for a couple with two children.
Shops at the foot of the building and beach just a stone's throw away.
Apartment comprises a cabin (bunk beds 90X200cm), a pleasant living room (TV / WIFI) with a small, well-equipped semi-open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, N espresso, etc...) and dining area for 4 people, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm), a shower room with WC (washing machine).
Linen not supplied, can be rented through the agency = 1 pack 140cm (sheets & towels) = 42€ per week / 1 pack 90cm (sheets & towels) = 32€ per week.
Optional cleaning = 60€.
In winter, heating consumption will be invoiced in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
