Looking for the perfect campsite for your vacation? Why not try the Les Dunes caravan park in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, Vendée? This campsite is ideal for all kinds of walks and hikes in the forest, along the coast or on the edge of a marsh. You'll find plenty of cycle paths (including one starting from the campsite) to satisfy your desire to get away from it all and discover the most beautiful parts of the Vendée.
This Vendée establishment offers a water park comprising an indoor area with a large heated pool, a paddling pool, a slide with a catch basin, a whirlpool bath and a counter-current river. An outdoor area also awaits you, with a large 200 m2 pool and a paddling pool, both heated, 2 slides and water games.
During the summer school vacations, the campsite team offers a whole range of activities for young and old. In the mornings, 5 days a week, mini-club activity leaders welcome your toddlers aged 4 to 12 and offer them a wide range of recreational activities.
In the afternoons, head to the sports fields for soccer, basketball and ping-pong tournaments, or to the gym for an afternoon of fitness.
Animated karaoke and dance evenings are also organized once or twice a week and on bank holiday weekends.
During your stay, you'll appreciate the campsite's many services. You'll find a mini-market with everything you need (groceries, fresh produce, bazaar, newspapers, bread and pastries), a bar where you can enjoy a cocktail or an ice cream, and a restaurant serving all kinds of dishes (pizzas, burgers, moules frites, salads, grilled meats...), to eat in or take away. In November we rented with a covered pool, but when the campsite doesn't heat the pool for a week's vacation, it's a deception on the product and the price. Moreover, the pool was not very comfortable, showers unusable, no deckchairs ... Very disappointing.

Very cramped bungalow on very small pitches! For a five-star resort, it's impossible not to listen in on the neighbors' conversations. Interesting hours at the aquatic center. Too bad not all the SPA jets worked... Nice indoor and outdoor pools.

Very good week at the campsite des dunes , the nearby beach is really a plus , the heated pool is appreciated especially when the weather changes . The beds creak a lot (with slats) and the cousins are very soft. And it's true that the mobile homes are very close and there's very little space for parking, but otherwise great activities and pools!
