I welcome you to my charming 21-square-meter apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator, ideal for tourist vacations and ready to accommodate four people.
It's ideally located in a peaceful area, close to the Ocean, 15 min walk from the BEACH, 800 m from the Moliets golf course and close to bars, restaurants and shops.

Accommodation
The apartment comprises a large entrance hall with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and a furnished LOGGIA with a VIEW of the Landes forest. An electric plancha is available on the terrace!
Make the most of the residence's two shared SWIMMING POOLS, one of which is heated, so you can relax and soak up the sun! Children's bodysurfs are also available on the terrace, so you can have fun on the nearby beaches, and why not generate a desire to take up surfing!
The accommodation is located in a quiet area, in a Pierre&Vacances residence; please note that entertainment and certain activities are subject to a charge, and you'll be given the program at reception.
This studio is close to the sea, a 15-minute walk from the Chênes Lièges beach and 800 m from the Moliets golf course and tennis court.
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. The CITY CENTER is just a 10-minute bike ride away. For day-to-day shopping, there's a SPAR supermarket 5 minutes' drive away in the central beach area, and a large U express supermarket in the center of Moliets.
The apartment's location makes it easy to explore and visit: the 2 Moliets beaches are a 10-minute bike ride away, and the Moliets lake and Adrénaline Parc are 2 minutes away by car or just 10 minutes by bike! lL'OFFICE DE TOURISME LANDES ATLANTIQUE SUD is a 10-minute bike ride away, and can provide you with all the tourist information you need. l'Embouchure du courant d'Huchet is 5 minutes away by car, l'Étang de la Prade is 4 minutes away by car, l'Étang de Léon is 13 minutes away, and le Courant d'Huchet is 8 minutes away....

The accommodation is located on the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a beautiful beach, the "chênes lièges", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Golf International de Moliets, which itself is next to the estate: everything can be done without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away and offers easy rides through pine forests.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ epitomizes the oceanic charm of the Landes coast.
