2-room apartment 53 m² for up to 4 people, located on Rue du Pâquier, one of Annecy's most beautiful streets, with shops at the foot of the building and the lake only 150m away.
Discover the town center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".

The bedroom has a 160x200 bed, TV and plenty of storage space. The living room has a 140x200 cm sofa bed and a second TV with international channels and the option of connecting to Netflix.
The apartment is equipped with WiFi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a bathtub and WC.
Please note: the washing machine is out of order.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator. There is a restaurant right next to the building, so odors may be a nuisance from time to time.
Numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Hôtel de Ville or Bonlieu underground parking lots.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.

To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
