Very nice apartment, at the gates of the Old Town of Annecy ", completely renovated and decorated with taste, very well equipped. Can accommodate up to 2 persons.
Apartment entirely renovated with quality materials (real cement pavement, chestnut wood floor) located on the 6th floor with elevator.
It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, hood, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave oven), a living room with a sofa bed with a real bed base and a real 140*190 mattress (unfolds easily).
It has: - a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 giving onto a veranda.
Storage space is available in the apartment.
And finally a charming veranda is accessible from the bedroom.
Breakfast delivery possible from 9,90€ / person / day.
The apartment is 400 m from the train station and the bus station from where buses leave for La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand in winter as well as shuttles to the airports of Geneva and Lyon.
️The nearest parking lots are the Bonlieu parking lot and the Courrier parking lot both located 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to get around without a car during your entire stay.
The lake is 5 minutes away on foot. Bicycles can be rented nearby (a superb bicycle path goes all around the lake).
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the city has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.
After 9pm, if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be asked.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train, we recommend the "Casebook" luggage storage area located in the Bonlieu park.
When you leave, the garbage must be taken down to the dedicated room at the bottom of the building opposite the elevator, the dishes must be washed and put away.
