Fully renovated luxury apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace with lake view and air conditioning.

Located 20m from the water on the banks of Avenue d'Albigny, Le Matignon apartment is the dream cocoon for your stay in Annecy.
Fully renovated in July 2019, the apartment is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6.
It has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Decorated with care by an interior designer, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and has two balconies: the first on the living room side, with a view of the lake, and the second on the kitchen side.
Each bedroom has ample storage space and a TV.
The spacious living room is also equipped with a TV and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
️You can park your car directly in the building's underground parking lot (max height 1m90).
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, it has been able to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourish its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
