Studio for 2 in the heart of Annecy, with lake view terrace on top floor - Rue Président Favre.
Located in the heart of Annecy, Rue Président Favre, 200m from Lake Annecy, Bonlieu theater, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
In a historic building, discover a functional, fully renovated studio with a splendid penthouse terrace, on the 9th floor (elevator to 7, then stairs).
Suitable for 2 people, it comprises a main room with alcove bed, 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
Please note: the apartment is on the top floor, and the elevator only goes up to the second-to-last floor. Although located in the city center, the double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
You'll reach the lake and the Paquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot: only 200 m separate the apartment from the lake!
The bed is 140x200 cm and the studio is equipped with a TV with international channels.

To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay (2 parking lots nearby: Hôtel de Ville and Bonlieu less than 200 m away). Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
