Located in the heart of Annecy, Rue Président Favre, 200m from Lake Annecy and the Bonlieu theater, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and close to all amenities.
In a historic building, discover a charming, fully-renovated apartment with a splendid lake-view terrace on the 9th floor (elevator to floor 7, then stairs).
Ideal for 2 people, it comprises a separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a spacious living room.
Please note: the apartment is on the top floor, and the elevator only goes up to the second-to-last floor. Although located in the center of town, the double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
You'll reach the lake and the Paquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot: only 200 m separate the apartment from the lake!
The bedroom has a large double bed (160x200 cm) and plenty of storage space.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi. Mobile air conditioning has been installed.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; ️ The nearest parking lot is the Bonlieu parking lot located 2 minutes' walk from the accommodation.
Bicycle hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in neighboring streets (paying during the day, but free in the evening and on Sundays), or in the Sainte Claire or Bonlieu underground parking lots.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
