Located 50m from Lake Annecy, Avenue du Petit Port, opposite the Impérial Palace, its Beach and Casino, and close to all amenities.
Discover a charming, fully renovated apartment with a balcony overlooking the gardens of the Imperial Palace.
Ideal for 4 people, it comprises 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, and a spacious living room.
You'll reach the lake in less than 5 minutes on foot: only 50 m separate the apartment from the lake!
Each bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm) and plenty of storage space.
Television with international channels, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car throughout your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking lot.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
