Located 100m from Lake Annecy, Avenue du Tresum, opposite the Marquisats swimming pool, its beach, direct access to the bike path and at the gateway to the old town.

Discover a new apartment in a luxury residence with a terrace offering a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains.
Ideal for 4 to 5 people, it comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, separate toilet and a spacious living room with open kitchen. Motion detectors, linked to an alarm system, are present but are in no way surveillance cameras.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor WITH LIFT.

The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a large closet. The second bedroom sleeps up to 3 (2 single beds and a trundle bed).
The apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and TV with international channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fan-assisted oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a washing machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car throughout your stay and leave your vehicle in the garage located in the basement of the building .
Bicycle rental nearby (a superb bike path runs all the way around the lake).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
