New apartment in the center of Annecy, with terrace and garage
The apartment is located in the residential center of Annecy, 5 minutes' walk from the old town and the SNCF train station, and 10 minutes' walk from the lakeside.
The bedroom has a large double bed (160x200 cm).
The living room opens onto the terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

The apartment is located on Avenue Lucien Boschetti, a busy avenue during the day, but one that's easy to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
