Apartment with terrace in an enchanting setting in the center of Annecy - ideal for 2 to 3 persons

The apartment is located in the historical center of Annecy, on the edge of the canal, at the foot of the old town and the train station and 5 minutes walk from the lake.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm and a large storage closet.
The living room opens onto the terrace and has a sofa bed to accommodate an extra person.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine (removable hotplate available until the hotplates are changed).
Linen will be provided for your stay (sheets & towels) and a washing machine is also available.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator.

Important: the apartment is non-smoking.

Numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance; you will be able to get around on foot during your stay.
Bicycles can be rented nearby (a superb bicycle path goes all around the lake)

️The nearest parking is the Post Office parking lot located 3 minutes walk from the accommodation.

The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Sainte Claire or Bonlieu underground parking lots.

Breakfast delivery is possible from 9,90€ / person / day.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, it has been able to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, to rehabilitate its old districts, to give back all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often quoted as an example and to flower its channels to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 pm to 9 pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be asked.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train, we recommend the "Casebook" luggage storage area located in the Bonlieu park.
