Apartment with garage in the residential center of Annecy
The apartment is quietly located in the residential center of Annecy, 5 minutes' walk from the Courrier shopping center and 10 minutes' walk from the lakeside.
The bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed.
The living room opens onto two balconies, 1 of which communicates with the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
A private parking space is included with the apartment reservation.
Important: the apartment is non-smoking.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Bicycle hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, it has been able to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourish its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
