Located on the waterfront and just a two-minute walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops.

Ideal for 4 people, it comprises two bedrooms, two separate toilets on the ground floor and first floor, a bathroom with shower and bath, a large terrace with lake and mountain views, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a vast living room.
The first bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed. The second bedroom can be made up as two single beds or a 180x200 double bed. Both bedrooms have ample storage space.
The apartment is equipped with a large TV, WiFi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Linen is provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Please note: the apartment is on the roadside, although it faces the lake, so there may be some noise pollution from the terrace. The interior of the apartment is well insulated.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
️ A private parking space is included with the reservation.
To guarantee your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Close to shops, restaurants, buses and cycle paths, you can leave your car in the condominium parking lot and explore the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also known as "the pearl of the lake", Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
