Large country house with garden, close to the lake and port of Sevrier, cycle path and all amenities.
Welcome to Sevrier!
Ideal for 6 people, this house comprises three separate bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living room.
You'll reach the lake in less than 3 minutes on foot: only 300 meters separate the house from the lake and beaches!
The first bedroom is equipped with a 140x200cm double bed and storage space.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a 140x200cm double bed and storage space.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm) and storage space.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen is provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Please note: the fireplace must not be used.
Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can leave your car in the courtyard during your stay.

The magnificent town of Annecy is just 5 kilometers away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
