Perfect for family vacations, discover a charming studio in a comfortable vacation residence with two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a games room with billiards, table soccer, table tennis and pinball, and a tennis court!
Ideal for 4 people, this garden-level studio has a terrace and garden, a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, an open kitchen, separate toilet, storage space and a bathroom with a large bathtub.
Television, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator (the garden is higher on the side of the apartment, which is why the terrace is on the ground floor).
Linen is provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Giez's golf course, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, so you'll be able to get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking lot.
Wifi available in the residence at an additional cost. Rates are €3 per day or €15 per week.
Visit the old village, admire the castle and enjoy the golf course!
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
