You'll reach the lake and the Paquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot: only 150 m separate the apartment from the lake!
In a historic building, discover a charming, fully-renovated apartment ideal for 2 people and able to accommodate up to 4 people, 1 corner bedroom 1 bathroom with WC .
Please note: the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a pedestrian street. Double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
The bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm).
The living room features a 140x200 cm sofa bed and a second TV with international channels and the option of connecting to Netflix.
Fully equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.

Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in neighboring streets (paying during the day, but free in the evening and on Sundays), or in the Sainte Claire or Bonlieu underground parking lots.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
