Annecy's historic center, with its pedestrian streets, castle, old prison, restaurants and stores, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You'll be delighted to find a year-round market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday from 7am to 1pm.
The lake and its beaches are easily accessible by bike (10 min by bike or 20 min on foot).
Close to the train station (10 min walk) and freeway access (5 min drive).
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend that you use the "Lockin" luggage storage facility at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
